What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
1. STATUTORY WARRANTY (DEFECTIVE GOODS). Your Rights under the CPA: If you receive a product that is defective, unsafe, or not suitable for its intended purpose, you are entitled to a remedy.
• Validity Period: The implied warranty of quality applies for 6 months from the date of delivery.
• Remedies: You may choose a refund, repair, or replacement.
• Costs: Invisi Merino will cover ALL courier costs for the return and replacement of proven defective items.
• Reporting: Please report defects immediately to info@invisimerino.com
2. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (NON-DEFECTIVE). If you are not satisfied with your purchase (e.g., size/style issues) but the product is not defective:
• Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
• Refund Option: You may choose between an exchange, a store credit voucher, or a monetary refund to your original payment method.
• Cost Deduction: For monetary refunds on non-defective items, we reserve the right to deduct the direct cost of shipping/courier fees incurred.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us.
3. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. We accept returns on international orders subject to the following strict conditions:
• Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any South African customs duties or taxes incurred upon re-entry. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due.
• Timeframe: Notification must be received within 30 days of delivery.
4. SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS
• Defective Sale/Discounted Items: Standard 6-month statutory warranty applies (Refund/Repair/Replace).
• Change of Mind: Exchanges/Refunds on sale items are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Customer pays return shipping.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally in South Africa. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

LIABILITY
• Customer Risk: For "Change of Mind" returns, the risk of loss or damage to the parcel remains with the customer until it is received by Invisi Merino. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Missing Parcels: We cannot refund items that we do not receive.
